We understand that withdrawals have sometimes been challenging, so it has been our top priority to smoothen out that process for our valued users. Just like how the support staff of a cricket team work tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure the team does well, our squad has quietly been putting in the hard yards.
The good news now is that we’ve made all the necessary changes and improvements to make the withdrawal process as easy for you as taking a single off a short ball from a spinner.
So, what are the major changes?
- REDUCED PROCESSING TIME
When you make a withdrawal request, the amount will now be transferred to your bank account within 2–3 working days — 100% on-time guaranteed! - NO HIDDEN BANK CHARGES
Earlier, some banks were adding additional transfer charges that will now be stopped. The improved withdrawal system will ensure zero unexpected bank charges and you will be able to get your withdrawn amount in full.
That said, the earlier rule will still stand i.e. you get 1 free withdrawal every 30 days after which you will be charged $25.
3. WORKS WITH ALL BANKS
Now there will be no restrictions as to which banks’ accounts can be used to receive the amount. You can use any bank account to complete your withdrawals.

How to withdraw:
1. Menu (☰) > Rario Wallet > Withdraw
2. Enter the withdrawal amount > Select Bank Account > Confirm
If you have a pending request, where withdrawal has taken longer than expected, our support team will get in touch with you to resolve the matter.
